Tasks

  • Manage end-to-end order processing
  • Prepare quotations, order confirmations, and invoices
  • Handle supplier orders, goods receipt postings, and incoming invoices
  • Manage inventory in ERP system
  • Conduct stock postings and availability checks
  • Collaborate with Product Management on reordering
  • Work closely with international sales team
  • Support Product Manager in daily operations
  • Serve as key contact between customers and manufacturers
  • Ensure smooth processes and high customer satisfaction

Work Experience

  • 2 - 3 years

Education

  • Vocational certification

Languages

  • German – Business Fluent
  • English – Business Fluent
