Tasks
- •Optimize cleaning processes in a GMP manufacturing environment
- •Guide and support the operational cleaning team
- •Prepare and review recipes, EBRs, and SOPs
- •Manage change requests, deviation reports, and CAPAs
- •Represent manufacturing as an SME during audits
- •Execute risk assessments for cleaning systems
- •Collaborate with MSAT and QA on process robustness
- •Provide cleaning expertise for new investment projects
- •Develop training strategies and instruct production staff
- •Contribute to the commissioning of cleaning processes
- •Apply Lean Six Sigma and Kaizen methodologies
- •Track KPIs to drive operational excellence
- •Supervise GMP production and cleaning activity oversight
- •Maintain technically flawless and qualified production areas
- •Coordinate cleaning schedules with production planning
- •Lead root cause analyses for cleaning issues
- •Perform on-call duties for emergency cleaning needs
