Requirements
- IT onsite/end-user support experience
- Basic Windows setup, configuration, troubleshooting
- Familiarity with Microsoft products and standard IT environments
- Experience using ITSM / ticketing tool (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, Zendesk)
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- English and German fluency (spoken and written)
- Apple iOS support experience (plus, not mandatory)
- Flexibility and team orientation
- Ability to work independently and manage onsite support tasks efficiently
- Declaration of criminal record extract (not older than three months)
Tasks
- Provide onsite IT support
- Handle and resolve IT incidents
- Perform Windows setup and configuration
- Support standard IT hardware and software issues
- Log and track tickets in ITSM system
- Troubleshoot laptops, desktops, printers, and peripherals
- Support user onboarding and device setup
- Escalate complex issues to senior teams
- Communicate and follow up with users
- Maintain professional and customer-focused support
