- •Coordinate with landlords, contractors, and authorities
- •Track maintenance activities and site interventions
- •Organize first aid training for compliance
- •Monitor patent files from disclosure to grant
- •Track patent invoices and manage documentation
- •Liaise between patent agencies and inventors
- •Provide administrative support to site leadership
- •Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- •Process building and patent-related SAP purchases
- •Maintain efficient office systems and records
- •Serve as a central stakeholder contact
- •Coordinate calendars and meeting logistics
- •Improve administrative and operational efficiency
