Requirements
- Proven hands-on experience as Observability Engineer, Monitoring Engineer or similar

- Experience with LLM observability for AI/ML workloads
- Experience migrating monitoring platforms (strong plus)
- Experience with Microsoft Azure
- Experience with on-premises environments, Microsoft virtualizations
- Experience with scripting and automation (PowerShell, Bash, JSON, YAML)
- Experience deploying Observability solutions as IaC (Terraform)
- Good understanding of ITSM processes (plus)
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical mindset
- Ability to collaborate across teams
- Proactive mindset and willingness to learn
- Fluent English verbal and written communication skills
Tasks
- Design and implement observability solutions
- Operate observability platforms for cloud and on-premises
- Engineer and improve observability platforms as a service
- Implement telemetry collection using open standards
- Design scalable telemetry pipelines
- Build and maintain dashboards and alerts
- Integrate observability with IT service management
- Support migration from legacy monitoring
- Troubleshoot complex performance issues
- Collaborate with application and service teams
- Provide observability best practices
- Contribute to observability strategy and roadmap
- Evaluate observability technologies
- Create and maintain operational documentation
