Tasks
- Drive the rollout of the premium core and super premium portfolio
- Sell the history and heritage of the portfolio confidently
- Build relationships with key influencers in the gastronomy scene
- Engage decision makers across the On Trade network
- Ensure visibility of products to consumers
- Drive awareness and brand passion
- Set performance benchmarks for distribution excellence
- Manage team performance in line with Diageo standards
- Oversee third-party service delivery end to end
- Ensure high-quality briefings and budget adherence
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with partners
- Establish effective communication flows and meeting structures
- Partner with Commercial Transformation to manage risks
- Support governance and run performance reviews with partners
- Provide input for leadership updates as needed
