Requirements

  • Degree in biomedical engineering, comparable degree, or commercial/clinical education (MTA/MTRA)
  • 3-5 years professional experience in sales/consulting of intensive products, ideally medical technology
  • Open, positive personality and enjoyment of selling clinical products
  • Strong sales orientation, flexibility, sales-oriented, success-oriented negotiating and closing strength
  • Good MS Office user skills
  • Native or business fluent German skills
  • Native or business fluent English skills
  • French skills (nice to have)
  • High willingness to travel
  • Working hours flexibility

Tasks

  • Develop and support high-growth therapies (e.g., SIRT, Cryoablation)
  • Introduce core products (e.g., Coils, Microcatheters) to existing and new customers
  • Align customer activities with team members
  • Serve as a competent contact for medical management, staff, and purchasing
  • Prepare and execute negotiations securely
  • Create and implement customer-specific sales concepts
  • Conduct customer training courses
  • Attend and participate in congresses and trade fairs
