Requirements
- Experience as multi-scheme auditor
- Knowledge to conduct 3rd party audits

- Experience as Lead Auditor
- Familiarity with CISA, CISSP, or ISO
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel to customer sites

- Confident German and English skills
- French skills as a plus
Tasks
- Coordinate and conduct third-party certification audits
- Plan and execute multi-scheme audits
- Report findings and perform necessary follow-ups
- Manage client relationships with a customer-focused approach
- Assess organizational policies, procedures, and controls
- Identify gaps and provide remediation recommendations
- Prepare and present detailed audit reports
- Ensure correct use of dedicated auditing tools
- Communicate updated data for certificate management
- Contact customers to confirm planned activities
- Guide team members through professional development
- Complete performance reviews and set goals
