  • •Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
  • •Fluent written and spoken French and English
  • •Results-driven approach and collaborative mindset
  • •Innovative, future-oriented, and empowering leadership style
  • •Ability to navigate complexity and influence stakeholders
  • •Professional experience of 10 or more years

  • •Manage the MSAT Drug Substance laboratory operations

  • •Lead troubleshooting for complex production and quality issues
  • •Ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory standards
  • •Define training needs and oversee professional development
  • •Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders
  • •Coordinate rapid resolution strategies for operational issues
  • •Support inspections, investigations, and process validation
