Tasks
- Take ownership of end-to-end project
- Understand operational needs
- Deliver standardized, scalable alerting framework
- Engage with teams to identify monitoring requirements
- Analyze events for alerting versus noise reduction
- Build and configure Grafana alerts
- Define thresholds, triggers, and escalation logic
- Collaborate across teams for monitoring consistency
- Create and organize Microsoft Teams alert channels
- Ensure alerts reach appropriate stakeholders
- Develop consistent naming conventions
- Ensure clarity and actionable messaging in alerts
- Write and optimize SQL queries for alerting
- Work with data pipelines feeding Grafana dashboards
Education
- Master's degree
