Requirements

  • Degree in engineering, science, or comparable qualification
  • Experience in consulting or customer-facing roles
  • Passion for digitalization and manufacturing operations
  • Interest in international and multicultural environments
  • Excellent English and German language skills
  • Willingness to travel
  • Experience with FactoryTalk PharmaSuite, PAS-X, or Opcenter
  • Experience in software development and systems design
  • Understanding of MES domain knowledge
  • Background in Life sciences or Pharmaceutical industries
  • Knowledge in software configuration and GxP/GAMP
  • Knowledge of automation systems and ERP
  • Additional language skills as an asset

Tasks

  • Analyze pharmaceutical processes to create reliable solutions
  • Act as the primary contact for functional customer topics
  • Collaborate with project management, engineering, and IT teams
  • Perform detailed process analysis and system design
  • Execute system configuration activities
  • Develop pilot use cases and present proof of concepts
  • Perform fit-gap analysis for commercial proposals
  • Showcase functional aspects of proposed solutions
  • Consult and educate customers on process improvements
  • Create solution designs and functional specifications
  • Implement technology-enabled business solutions
  • Participate in full-cycle MES implementation projects
  • Build functional partnerships with customer counterparts
  • Guide less experienced peers and contractors
