- Knowledge of Joint Pub 3-54
- TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience with Joint Staff decision-making processes
- Experience with international treaty decision-making processes
- Knowledge of Joint planning publications and authorities
- Master's degree
- PMP or Lean Six Sigma Certification
- Eligibility for access to classified information
Tasks
- Analyze and manage MILDEC and sensitive IO requirements
- Coordinate and assess MILDEC programs and plans
- Manage OPSEC functions and planning responsibilities
- Prepare headquarters staff to execute MILDEC tasks
- Coordinate operational activities with the customer
- Participate in command MILDEC and IO working groups
- Develop policies and objectives for MILDEC programs
- Synchronize customer functions with sensitive activities
- Secure analytic support for MILDEC and IO planning
- Collaborate across Combatant Commands and agencies
