- •Degree in Microbiology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Chemistry or similar
- •Experience in biotechnology production or bioconjugates manufacturing
- •Fluent English and German as a plus
- •Excellent GMP comprehension
- •Strong team, project management, and communication skills
- •Strong team orientation and assertiveness
- •Cross-functional, structured, and meticulous work ethic
- •Well-organized, proactive, motivated, and independent worker
Education
Bachelor's degree
Work Experience
3 - 5 years
Tasks
- •Create and implement contamination prevention measures
- •Follow cGMP guidelines for all procedures
- •Execute and update gap and risk assessments
- •Implement measures resulting from risk evaluations
- •Create and update SOPs and change controls
- •Act as the primary contact for contamination prevention
- •Represent asset interests in interdisciplinary meetings
- •Identify and implement process and facility improvements
- •Collaborate with MSAT and QA on technical projects
