Requirements

  • •Professional laboratory experience
  • •Proficiency in analytical chemistry and HPLC
  • •Understanding of plant phytochemistry
  • •Ability to troubleshoot analytical challenges
  • •Precision in documentation and data integrity
  • •GMP experience is a plus
  • •Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • •Fluency in English
  • •German language skills are an advantage

Education

Master's degree
OR
Doctoral / PhD

Tasks

  • •Design and optimize HPLC-UV and HPLC-MS analytical methods
  • •Validate methods for accurate phytochemical and feed analysis
  • •Interpret analytical data and troubleshoot technical deviations
  • •Deliver high-quality technical reports on findings
  • •Oversee and execute comprehensive stability studies
  • •Write SOPs for methods, equipment, and workflows
  • •Maintain and calibrate analytical laboratory instruments
  • •Ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards
  • •Train and guide junior laboratory personnel
  • •Identify methodological innovations to enhance lab efficiency
  • •Support the selection and commissioning of new equipment
