  • •Perform financial modeling and valuation analyses
  • •Support due diligence across various industries
  • •Coordinate cross-functional teams including Finance and Legal
  • •Prepare investment memoranda and board presentations
  • •Liaise with external investment banks and consultants
  • •Analyze market trends and competitor activity
  • •Assist with post-merger integration and value realization
