Requirements

  • Advanced clinical/science degree or professional credentials (PhD, MD/DO, PharmD, MSc)
  • 3+ years biotech/pharma industry experience in Medical Affairs
  • 3+ years Medical Affairs experience with cross-functional teams
  • Rare Disease and/or oncology/hematology experience strongly preferred
  • Immunology/allergy or dermatology experience of advantage
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
  • Collaborative work in dynamic, team-oriented environment
  • Fluent written and spoken English communication skills
  • Fluent written and spoken local language communication skills
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • Positive, solutions-oriented mindset
  • Demonstrated self-starter and team player
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Adept, nimble, energetic

Tasks

  • Identify and cultivate key opinion leaders and experts in disease areas
  • Engage in peer-to-peer scientific exchange with healthcare providers
  • Provide internal stakeholders with feedback from HCP interactions
  • Profile country dynamics related to patient diagnosis and referral
  • Deliver medical and scientific presentations to stakeholders
  • Assist with company-sponsored and investigator-initiated clinical trials
  • Plan and execute regional advisory boards
  • Collaborate on internal projects and external initiatives
  • Support educational meetings at scientific congresses
  • Train cross-functional teams on medical and scientific topics
  • Adhere to corporate and healthcare compliance guidelines
  • Foster Blueprint’s positive and innovative culture
