Requirements

• University degree in health-related scientific field
• Understanding of field medical affairs plans
• Pharmaceutical industry experience or relevant apprenticeship
• Knowledge of local regulatory requirements
• Knowledge of legal and ethical frameworks
• Quick learner and teamwork skills
• Communicative competence and presentation skills
• Very good French and English skills
• Good German knowledge is a plus
• High-level scientific knowledge and data analysis
• Experience in liaising with healthcare professionals
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Driving license and willingness to drive

Tasks

• Serve as a medical-scientific expert within cross-functional brand teams
• Develop and implement medical product strategies based on field insights
• Build peer-level relationships with external experts through frequent field engagement
• Represent the company's scientific dedication to the medical community
• Develop field engagement and cross-functional account management plans
• Collaborate with regulatory and marketing teams throughout the product lifecycle
• Support local and global clinical research and externally sponsored projects
• Create real-world evidence data generation projects with brand teams
• Provide scientific input for sales promotions and marketing materials
• Deliver medical-scientific training for the sales force and internal staff
• Organize and execute scientific symposia and educational initiatives
• Coordinate and participate in regional advisory board meetings
• Maintain therapeutic expertise through congresses and continuous education
• Assist the medical governance team with scientific requests
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies
