Tasks
- •Serve as a medical-scientific expert within cross-functional brand teams
- •Develop and implement medical product strategies based on field insights
- •Build peer-level relationships with external experts through frequent field engagement
- •Represent the company's scientific dedication to the medical community
- •Develop field engagement and cross-functional account management plans
- •Collaborate with regulatory and marketing teams throughout the product lifecycle
- •Support local and global clinical research and externally sponsored projects
- •Create real-world evidence data generation projects with brand teams
- •Provide scientific input for sales promotions and marketing materials
- •Deliver medical-scientific training for the sales force and internal staff
- •Organize and execute scientific symposia and educational initiatives
- •Coordinate and participate in regional advisory board meetings
- •Maintain therapeutic expertise through congresses and continuous education
- •Assist the medical governance team with scientific requests
- •Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies
