- Facilitate company and investigator-sponsored trials
- Support real-world evidence generation activities
- Align with KAM-team on medical information for external groups
- Respond to unsolicited information requests on company products
- Update medical and clinical teams with feedback from experts
- Provide medical and scientific leadership to groups
- Conduct internal trainings on medically relevant topics
- Adhere to corporate SOPs and regulatory guidelines
- Share best practices with fellow MSLs
- Embrace and demonstrate corporate values
- Contribute to a culture of business integrity and ethics
