Requirements
- Degree in life sciences (medicine, pharmacy) or comparable qualification
- Proven MSL experience in Switzerland
- Strong knowledge of Swiss Healthcare market
- Previous Anti-Infective / Infectious Disease therapeutic area experience
- Anti-Fungal therapeutic area experience
- Oncology or intensive care backgrounds
- Previous pre-launch experience
- Good understanding of local Code of Practice
- Excellent networking skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Good project management skills
- Competent at presentation preparation
- Cross-functional team working
- High level of personal accountability
- High level of self-motivation
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to communicate scientific information

Tasks
- Build and maintain relationships with KEEs, healthcare professionals, and academic institutions
- Facilitate discussions on therapeutic areas and support medical education and research
- Plan and participate in advisory boards, investigator meetings, and scientific symposia
- Deliver scientific presentations and respond to medical inquiries
- Monitor and communicate scientific and clinical developments internally
- Contribute to scientific publications, including abstracts, posters, and articles
- Support clinical trial activities, including study design and investigator engagement
- Develop and execute the local medical plan with cross-functional teams
- Represent the company at medical congresses and meetings
- Provide scientific training and support to internal teams
