Requirements
- Advanced scientific or medical qualification (e.g. MD, PhD, PharmD or equivalent)
- Experience in Medical Affairs, Medical Management, or related scientific role
- Ability to interpret and communicate complex scientific data
- Experience engaging with healthcare professionals and experts
- Understanding of medical governance and regulatory requirements
- Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
- Organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
Tasks
- Contribute to medical strategy development
- Support evidence-based decision-making
- Engage in scientific exchange with healthcare professionals
- Generate and translate medical insights
- Shape medical education and evidence generation
- Provide strategic medical and scientific expertise
- Support brand strategy and lifecycle planning
- Interact with health authorities
- Develop and execute local medical plans
- Contribute to real-world evidence generation
- Support investigator-initiated research
- Manage healthcare professional education initiatives
- Act as a medical expert in scientific exchanges
- Build and maintain trusted external relationships
- Review and approve promotional materials
- Ensure compliance with regulations and policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Support compliant ways of working
- Contribute to additional Medical Affairs activities
- Handle ad hoc projects
