Requirements

• •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
• •2-5 years experience in similar role
• •Experience designing mechanical system components
• •Knowledge of injection molding and metalwork
• •3D modeling skills using first-principles engineering
• •Bicycle tech knowledge and e-bike passion
• •Basic electronic knowledge
• •Problem-solving skills and hands-on mentality
• •Effective verbal and written communication skills
• •Forward thinking and proactive attitude
• •Multi-project management and anticipation skills
• •Comfortable in international, multi-timezone environments
• •Willingness to travel internationally
• •Good English skills

Tasks

• •Design complex mechanical and electromechanical system components
• •Develop battery housings and mounting mechanisms
• •Create display housings and remote control components
• •Brainstorm innovative solutions designed for manufacturing
• •Collaborate with industrial design and project management teams
• •Coordinate with external vendors and manufacturing plants
• •Manage projects from initial concept through production
• •Execute rapid prototyping and 3D modeling
• •Produce 2D drawings and structural calculations
• •Oversee sample fabrication and validation processes
• •Contribute to continuous system and process improvements
