- Lead technical design for automation and equipment projects
- Translate customer requirements into technical design specifications
- Design and implement solution strategies to meet requirements
- Execute new product development projects following project management principles
- Create and maintain communication plans with global project teams
- Negotiate project priorities, resources, and budget with leaders
- Act as the primary interface between RD&E, IT, and business teams
- Provide technical expertise on automation and digital development
- Screen market technologies to address customer challenges
- Collaborate with delivery teams to prioritize technical dependencies
- Partner with sales and service teams to promote solutions
- Understand user experiences to inform decision-making
- Create technical documents and specifications
- Build deployment plans for installation and support resources
- Liaise with support teams to manage knowledge transfer
- Network with experts and vendors for innovative solutions
- Coordinate with teams to research early innovation ideas
- Ensure adherence to employee safety standards
- Guide new product development activities from concept to launch
