Tasks
- Oversee mechanical design of detector systems
- Collaborate with worldwide institutes on deliverables
- Manage mechanical interfaces between detector and infrastructure
- Supervise production of 3D integration models
- Ensure proper consideration of relevant envelopes
- Develop transport and installation sequence
- Design installation tooling and interfaces
- Coordinate production of mechanical components
- Ensure timely delivery of mechanical components
- Facilitate smooth assembly planning
- Participate in detector assembly in clean room
- Supervise installation of service infrastructure
- Ensure infrastructure meets detector commissioning needs
- Supervise detector installation in Experimental Cavern
