In this role, you will play a vital part in enhancing patient safety by investigating customer complaints, analyzing technical data, and collaborating with various stakeholders. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include preparing reports and organizing training to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Requirements

• •Proven experience in a quality department or medical device company
• •Knowledge of medical devices
• •Ease with investigation and comparison tasks
• •Ability to process large volumes of data and work with pivot tables
• •French native speaker, fluent in English
• •Highly organised and detail oriented
• •Driving licence for occasional trips to French manufacturing sites

Tasks

• •Record and investigate customer complaints
• •Prepare reportability assessments
• •Analyze technical data and review documentation
• •Organize and participate in investigation meetings
