  • Erfahrung in Transformationsprojekten mit Fokus auf Change-Management
  • Erfahrung in Kommunikationsinhalten und Leidenschaft für Storytelling
  • Kreative Planung und Moderation von Workshops
  • Kreativität und Spaß an Konzeptentwicklung
  • Erfahrungen in agilen Methoden (z.B. SAFe, SCRUM) von Vorteil
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Tasks

  • Das Transformationsprogramm SHERPA X im Bereich Project Business unterstützen
  • Change- und Kommunikationsaktivitäten eng mit der Change Managerin ausrichten
  • Strategische Kommunikationskonzepte und Roadmaps erstellen
  • Operative Maßnahmen in Online- und Offline-Formaten umsetzen
  • Kommunikationsmaßnahmen für verschiedene Zielgruppen evaluieren
  • Newsletter, All-Hands-Meetings und den SharePoint unterstützen
  • Viva Engage Groups betreuen
  • Virtuelle und physische Change-Events konzipieren, planen und umsetzen

  • Bachelor's degree
