Requirements

  • Enrollment in relevant Master's program
  • Excellent analytical and conceptual skills
  • Independence, curiosity, and proactive mindset
  • Interest in technology and innovation
  • Excellent written and verbal English
  • Experience in technology scouting
  • Familiarity with innovation frameworks
  • Experience with knowledge management tools
  • Submission of required application documents

Tasks

  • Investigate current informal technology watch practices
  • Benchmark established scouting and forecasting methodologies
  • Evaluate software tools and competitor analysis services
  • Design a holistic framework for knowledge management
  • Propose and pilot a scouting process solution
  • Define KPIs to measure process effectiveness
  • Apply the framework to flight physics domains
  • Write a comprehensive Master's Thesis on your findings
