- Manage programme and workstream-level budgets
- Cost estimation, supplier negotiation, invoicing, and reconciliation
- Source and negotiate with external agencies, vendors, and freelancers
- Identify and flag budget risks proactively
- Report accurately on spend versus forecast
- Excellent communication skills
- Structured, clear, and effective communication across diverse teams and stakeholders
- Professional proficiency in German (C1)
- Professional proficiency in English (C1)
- Advanced use of Gen AI tools for marketing programme management
- Experience designing AI-assisted workflows
- Train others on effective and responsible AI adoption
- Agentic approach to complex programme challenges
- Systematic, goal-oriented, and adaptable approach
- Strong judgment on AI's impact on brand quality and strategic integrity
- Rigorous human oversight applied to AI usage
Tasks
- Lead design and delivery of integrated marketing programmes across EMEA
- Translate client business goals into long-term marketing strategies
- Manage and inspire a cross-functional marketing team
- Set clear direction and provide regular feedback to team members
- Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders across EMEA
- Ensure programmes align with evolving commercial priorities
- Oversee programme governance, including timelines and quality standards
- Maintain messaging consistency and brand compliance across markets
- Define and manage KPI and reporting frameworks
- Use data and analytics to measure ROI and identify optimisation opportunities
- Collaborate with content, digital, product, and sales teams
- Manage programme-level budgets and cost estimation
- Negotiate with suppliers and agencies
- Handle purchase order management and budget reconciliation
- Source and onboard agency and freelance partners
- Ensure quality, pace, and value in partner relationships
- Drive continuous improvement in programme workflows and tools
- Represent OLIVER's values and capabilities in senior client forums
- Participate in regional stakeholder meetings
