Requirements

  • Solid pharmaceutical marketing, brand management, or related commercial experience
  • Specialty Care environment experience; anti‑infectives exposure advantageous
  • Ability to navigate Austrian healthcare system
  • Manage multiple initiatives in cross‑functional, matrix environment
  • Confidence with omnichannel and digital marketing approaches
  • Previous Veeva or similar tools experience
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical compliance and regulations
  • Structured, pragmatic working style with clear prioritisation
  • Positive, constructive mindset; ability to navigate complexity
  • Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills
  • Fluent German and English
  • High degree of professionalism and commitment to ethics

Tasks

  • Drive customer engagement strategies for the AT market
  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies
  • Translate global marketing campaigns to local needs
  • Act as primary interface between global and local marketing
  • Ensure compliance with local and global standards
  • Collaborate with Sales to integrate marketing initiatives
  • Monitor performance and customer insights for optimization
  • Plan and coordinate Mundipharma’s participation in events
  • Manage event logistics, budgeting, and vendor coordination
  • Prepare and secure approval for event content
  • Contribute to new product launch plans
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for launch activities
  • Ensure aligned and timely execution within budget
  • Share learnings and best practices with global teams
