Requirements

- Travel Retail experience (plus)

Tasks
- Support Travel Retail Europe Marketing Team in brand plan development
- Assist in executing direct-to-consumer activations
- Coordinate asset creation, approval, production, and shipment
- Prepare key marketing presentations and materials
- Gather and analyze consumer and market trends
- Share learnings and recommendations with the Multifunctional Team
- Guide Sales & Merchandising Teams to brand guidelines and assets
- Build an internal in-store picture library for Collections
- Prepare analysis for monthly brand reviews
- Track new launches and brand performance
- Identify performance root causes
- Support competitor deep dives and research projects
- Maintain accuracy of offerings tracker
- Track and ensure completion of offerings by Sales Team
- Prepare consolidated Brand offerings
- Conduct offerings sufficiency analysis
- Update Brand and Product Pages on e-Retail sites
- Conduct regular Brand audits for compliance
- Identify best practices across e-Retailers and Brands
- Update e-Retailers' assortment and master data
- Develop proposals and assets for e-Retail packages
- Manage Brand assets and folders
- Assist in project management for key campaign assets
- Create ad hoc creative assets for multiple touch points
- Coordinate development and approval with Global Brand Teams
