- Execute event logistics
- Coordinate communications with internal stakeholders
- Coordinate communications with external stakeholders
- Engage with industry organizations
- Engage with strategic partners
- Engage with sponsors
- Assist in coordinating press releases
- Manage media databases
- Liaise with press agencies
- Support coordination of marketing materials
- Support editing of marketing materials
