Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Hospitality Management or related field
- Proven event planning and management experience, preferably in banking or financial services
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related discipline (asset)
- Strong project management skills for event execution
- Excellent English and French (written and spoken)
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and make sound decisions
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive attitude, initiative, attention to detail, and reliability
- Team player
- Flexibility, 'can-do' attitude, continuous service improvement, high quality standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), basic Adobe InDesign (asset)
Tasks
- Plan and execute client events
- Coordinate internal workshops and gatherings
- Manage sponsorship activations
- Develop event concepts and project plans
- Create event budgets and timelines
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and vendors
- Manage event logistics and communication
- Ensure high-quality event delivery
- Enhance brand visibility in Suisse Romandie
- Build relationships with key stakeholders
- Redirect Front Office to appropriate teams
- Conduct post-event analysis
- Assess event attendance and feedback
- Evaluate ROI and identify improvements
- Provide administrative support
- Supervise one intern
- Contribute to team coordination
