Marketing and Omnichannel Specialist(m/w/x)
Omnichannel marketing strategy execution for MedTech products at a global medical technology firm, managing end-to-end lead processes. Relevant Sales/Marketing experience in MedTech or Life Science preferred. Work in a global, cross-functional team.
Requirements
- Relevant Sales and/or Marketing experience, preferably within Med Tech or Life Science Industry
- Marketing & Digital Communication expertise or willingness to develop it
- Strategic thinking
- Campaign Design and content creation skills
- Data analytics user skills
- Strong communication with internal audiences
- Project Management skills
- Bachelor's and/or Master’s degree in natural/medical science or equivalent
- Omnichannel marketing experience (preferably)
- Fluent German and English language skills
- Intermediate PC literacy in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- CRM & Sales enablement tools knowledge (SFDC, Showpad) preferred
- Ability to work on long-term projects and complex issues
- Budget and schedule management for business requirements
- Willingness to travel (ca. 10%) to support Hub
Tasks
- Execute integrated omnichannel marketing strategies.
- Plan local events, congresses, and trade fairs.
- Execute local events, congresses, and trade fairs.
- Plan and execute targeted local marketing campaigns.
- Manage end-to-end lead process to sales handover.
- Ensure Marketing and Sales alignment for lead conversion.
- Manage post-event activities for congresses and fairs.
- Coordinate with event organizers.
- Conduct post-event follow-up via SFDC and Showpad.
- Evaluate event success.
- Develop social media posts, flyers, and print advertisements.
- Develop cross-channel communications.
- Create, adapt, and localize campaign assets.
- Develop tailored marketing plans across multiple channels.
- Analyze campaign KPIs for performance and effectiveness.
- Derive and implement optimization measures for campaigns.
- Analyze and evaluate marketing infrastructure, content, databases, tools.
- Set up and roll out lead generation processes.
- Continuously improve lead generation and management processes.
- Plan and execute market research and customer insights.
- Apply insights to improve targeting, personalization, design.
- Deliver impactful internal communications to key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the EMEA Omnichannel Marketing Team.
- Align EMEA and hub marketing activities.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of products and value propositions.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of omnichannel marketing best practices.
- Share knowledge within the marketing team.
- Actively contribute to EMEA omnichannel projects.
- Continuously improve marketing processes and efficiency.
