Requirements

- Proven experience leading sales teams internationally
- Strong marine sector experience; shipping, oil & gas desirable
- Deep understanding of marine markets and customers
- Inspiring, developing, and retaining diverse teams
- Strong commercial acumen; track record of results
- Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills
- Fluency in English; additional languages a plus
Tasks
- Lead regional sales activities
- Inspire and develop high-performing teams
- Strengthen strategic partnerships
- Drive sustainable, profitable growth
- Coach and develop regional sales team
- Foster collaboration and accountability
- Plan and execute sales strategies
- Deliver profitable growth of premium products
- Build strong relationships with key customers
- Ensure customer insights in value propositions
- Manage and grow existing accounts
- Develop and grow prospective partnerships
- Translate strategies into actionable plans
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders
- Secure financial approval for deals
- Drive distributor performance
- Ensure optimal regional coverage
- Strengthen sales capabilities
- Deliver coaching on value selling
- Manage sales forecasting
- Proactively manage risks and opportunities
- Deliver volume, revenue, and receivables targets
- Ensure compliance with company policies
- Adhere to the Code of Compliance
- Follow legal and regulatory requirements
- Represent the region at country level
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
- Contribute to broader business strategy
