Requirements

  • •Completed chemical/biopharmaceutical education or corresponding training qualification
  • •Bachelor/Master's degree or equivalent experience in Biotechnology, Biology, Biochemical Engineering or related fields
  • •Good knowledge of biotechnological processes in mammalian protein purification
  • •Strong communication skills
  • •Collaborative and great teammate
  • •Motivated and passionate about finding solutions
  • •Fluency in English
  • •Fluency in German is considered a plus
  • •Very good GMP understanding

Education

Vocational certification

Master's degree

Tasks

  • •Perform manufacturing activities in Downstream Processing
  • •Ensure batch execution and evaluate test results
  • •Resolve issues and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment
  • •Follow SHE and EM guidelines in the production area
  • •Advise on continuous process improvement projects
  • •Assist in document preparation for electronic batch records and SOPs
  • •Act as a technical reference for shift team members
  • •Train manufacturing staff on specific equipment and standard operations
