Tasks
- Maintain daily manufacturing operations
- Support current robot generation
- Drive NPI execution on shop floor
- Build and troubleshoot prototypes
- Build and troubleshoot zero-series units
- Provide first-level technical support
- Diagnose technical issues
- Maintain production throughput
- Ensure testing uptime
- Collaborate with Industrialisation, Quality, R&D, Supply Chain, and Logistics
- Work with EMS partner for stable series production
- Document Non-Conformities (NCRs)
- Perform root cause analysis
- Implement corrective actions
- Implement preventive actions
- Maintain production tooling
- Calibrate production equipment
- Improve production tooling
- Monitor First Pass Yield (FPY)
- Monitor throughput times
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks
- Lead optimization projects
- Optimize output
- Enhance efficiency
- Ensure on-time delivery
- Optimize end-to-end value stream
- Execute New Product Introduction (NPI)
- Implement Engineering Change Orders (ECOs)
- Ensure accurate test procedures
- Update work instructions
