Requirements
- •Degree in Engineering, Polymer Science or similar
- •Minimum 5 years relevant industry experience
- •Knowledge of automated molding cell setups
- •Experience with injection molding and auxiliaries
- •Understanding of machine setup and optimization
- •Statistical analysis and DOE knowledge
- •Knowledge of problem-solving and RCA methodologies
- •Independent work and attention to detail
- •Self-starter with commitment and responsibility
- •Excellent intercultural and interdisciplinary communication
- •Fluency in English and German
- •SCADA and PLC programming knowledge (desirable)
- •Knowledge of medical grade polymer validation
- •Exposure to medical or pharmaceutical standards
- •Six Sigma certification (plus)
- •Mandarin language skills (plus)

- •Support the production of injection molded components
- •Lead engineering for molding automation and equipment
- •Manage component manufacturing and production processes
- •Collaborate with technicians and maintenance on troubleshooting
- •Partner with quality and development teams on improvements
- •Develop improvement plans for capacity expansion
- •Define requirements for future mold generations
- •Lead initiatives for injection molding capacity deployment
- •Manage manufacturing acceptance for new production molds
- •Perform validation activities for new molding assets
- •Support Design for Manufacturing for new products
- •Define manufacturing requirements for upcoming product lines
