Requirements

  • •University degree in mechanical engineering or related
  • •Experience in automotive manufacturing engineering
  • •High assertiveness and decision-making ability
  • •Basic knowledge of MTM or REFA
  • •Teamwork, independence, commitment, and flexibility
  • •Goal-oriented, structured, and method-based approach
  • •Very good German language skills
  • •Good spoken and written English skills

Tasks

  • •Plan and procure manufacturing systems for high-voltage batteries
  • •Commission and support battery production processes
  • •Ensure adherence to costs, quality, and deadlines
  • •Collaborate with interdisciplinary project core teams
  • •Create process flow diagrams and FMEA documentation
  • •Develop work instructions and process parameter lists
  • •Conduct manufacturability assessments and risk assessments
  • •Calculate manufacturing times and system investments
  • •Participate in the project acquisition process
  • •Manage daily shop floor operations and Kaizen workshops
  • •Utilize SAP and custom-programmed dashboards
