- •Proficiency with software models and database structures
- •Global SSU experience preferred
- •Ability to explain data and facilitate decision making
- •Expertise in country/site start up strategies

- •Define and deliver the global site start up plan
- •Oversee clinical trial data analysis for study start up forecasts

- •Develop creative processes and technologies for site start up services

- •Provide guidance and training to the site start up team
- •Apply standards across project portfolios to support continuous improvement
- •Guide data collection to influence site start up timelines
- •Leverage industry tools to monitor start up performance and quality
- •Agree on site-level deliverables and monitor team adherence
- •Identify potential delays and escalate non-performance issues
- •Lead team members to implement the site start up plan
- •Ensure all sites are ready to enroll participants
- •Resolve escalated issues in partnership with the study manager
