Requirements
- •Master’s degree in natural sciences, business, psychology, or related field; PhD or MBA is a plus
- •2-5 years management consulting experience in transformation, change management, HR or comparable
- •Desirable industry experience in pharma, biotech, chemistry, or semiconductor solutions
- •Practical experience applying Data & AI to business challenges
- •Passion for developing skills in Data & AI
- •Track record leading projects across multiple functional areas
- •Leadership experience is a plus
- •Excellent communication and presentation skills
- •Creativity, analytical strength, and strategic thinking
- •Proactive, self-motivated work approach
- •Passion for working in teams
- •Proficiency in English and preferably German
- •Willingness to relocate to Rhine-Main-Area

- •Mentor and develop junior consulting colleagues
- •Manage interactions with internal business clients
