- College or university Degree
- Over 3-5 years relevant work experience in SCM
- Ideally Retail/Omnichannel fulfilment related functions experience
- Prior work in business functions (Sales, Retail, eCom) is a plus
Tasks
- Minimize business disruption during hypercare and sustain period
- Support SCM Retail roadmap with Sales alignment
- Coordinate SCM functions on key initiatives and performance improvements
- Monitor end-to-end order flow to identify and address disruptions
- Build partnerships with Supply Chain, Sales, and IT stakeholders
- Facilitate alignment on day-to-day operations and expectations
- Monitor performance against targets and initiate changes
- Communicate performance, capabilities, and new implementations to Retail teams
- Provide timely updates on project progress to Senior Management
- Develop and enhance performance dashboards
- Execute ad-hoc analysis to support business requirements
