  • Prior experience in Market assessment
  • Prior experience in Capital structure analysis
  • Prior experience in Options review
  • Prior experience in Cash flow analysis

Tasks

  • Stabilize financial and operational performance
  • Prevent further cash leakage
  • Negotiate with lenders
  • Understand company situation and prospects
  • Conduct diagnostic assessment of business and market issues
  • Perform liquidity forecasting
  • Assess existing business plans and financial projections
  • Identify risks and opportunities
  • Create alternative solutions for businesses and stakeholders
  • Write restructuring plans
  • Implement restructuring plans
  • Create integrated financial models
  • Develop short-term cash flow forecasting tools
  • Manage junior colleagues
  • Coach junior colleagues on restructuring skills
