Requirements
- Master’s degree in accounting
- At least 5 years of experience in Record To Report Processes (GL accounting) or public accounting
- Financial Statement knowledge
- Accounting Fundamentals (US GAAP and local GAAP)
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Enthusiasm for diverse, inclusive, multicultural environments
- Proactive, meticulous, reliable, positive mindset, desire to learn and grow
Tasks
- Maintain accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of RTR activities
- Support period-end close and General Ledger accuracy
- Ensure balance sheet integrity and financial reporting compliance
- Perform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities
- Review and approve complex accounting entries
- Prepare complex journals for extraordinary transactions
- Ensure accuracy in RTR transactions and customer satisfaction
- Review and approve monthly reconciliations
- Collaborate with the reporting team on variance analysis
- Prepare and review monthly reporting packages
- Identify and mitigate risks in business processes
- Escalate and resolve issues as needed
- Act as a key contact for internal and external audits
- Provide supporting documentation for SOX reviews
- Respond to audit queries
- Work closely with the Statutory team
- Align US GAAP and local statutory accounting
