Tasks
- Lead the Rider Product Support team in Logistics
- Support 70 countries using the Rider App and logistics tools
- Tackle high-impact challenges for efficient delivery operations
- Improve experiences for riders, customers, and merchants globally
- Optimize delivery operations and support expansion into new areas
- Manage a team of 4 Product Support Specialists
- Triage and resolve bugs and configuration requests
- Orchestrate product rollouts across global markets
- Lead and improve core operating metrics
- Redesign team processes for efficiency and scalability
- Integrate AI tooling to automate support workflows
- Ensure accurate bug and misconfiguration distinction
- Route validated issues to engineering with full context
- Handle change requests with clear alignment
- Drive cross-functional alignment with product and engineering
- Plan and execute large-scale product rollouts
- Set performance standards and coach team members
- Raise the bar on team output quality and speed
