  • Lead the Rider Product Support team in Logistics
  • Support 70 countries using the Rider App and logistics tools
  • Tackle high-impact challenges for efficient delivery operations
  • Improve experiences for riders, customers, and merchants globally
  • Optimize delivery operations and support expansion into new areas
  • Manage a team of 4 Product Support Specialists
  • Triage and resolve bugs and configuration requests
  • Orchestrate product rollouts across global markets
  • Lead and improve core operating metrics
  • Redesign team processes for efficiency and scalability
  • Integrate AI tooling to automate support workflows
  • Ensure accurate bug and misconfiguration distinction
  • Route validated issues to engineering with full context
  • Handle change requests with clear alignment
  • Drive cross-functional alignment with product and engineering
  • Plan and execute large-scale product rollouts
  • Set performance standards and coach team members
  • Raise the bar on team output quality and speed
