- Drive effective communication, resolving project issues and escalating when necessary
- Use Four Seasons project management tools for documentation, reporting, and progress tracking
- Partner with Hotel General Manager, Portfolio Management, and Hotel Ops team for readiness
- Facilitate handover of systems, hardware, and spaces to meet brand expectations
- Lead and support deep cleaning, sleep testing, and post-project evaluations
