In this role, you will be at the forefront of Flatiron's marketing and partnerships in Germany, crafting impactful strategies and high-quality content while fostering relationships with oncology practices and stakeholders in the healthcare ecosystem.

Requirements

• •5+ years of experience in marketing, communications, consulting, partnerships, or related roles
• •Proven ability to develop and execute marketing or communications strategies
• •Experience communicating with healthcare, pharma, or research stakeholders
• •Interest in supporting partnership development and ongoing partner operations
• •Native-level German and English (C2 level)
• •Excellent writing and editing skills with attention to detail
• •Strong organizational and project management skills
• •Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Figma, and Adobe Creative Cloud

Tasks

• •Own and drive marketing and communications strategy in Germany
• •Define priorities and translate them into executable plans
• •Develop, create, and publish high-quality content across channels
• •Lead ongoing updates to Flatiron’s web presence with US teams
• •Create tailored communications for pharma, healthcare, and policy stakeholders
• •Support strategic partnerships with community oncology practices and hospitals
• •Prepare materials and written communications for partnership discussions
• •Assist in operational execution and partner communications post-signing
• •Coordinate information flows, follow-ups, and deliverables
• •Shape and coordinate Flatiron’s presence at conferences and industry events
• •Establish and maintain standards, calendars, and metrics for activities
