- •Minimum 7 years procurement or strategic sourcing experience
- •At least 3 years proven leadership experience
- •Hands-on experience with SAP or similar modules
- •Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- •Experience with Business Intelligence tools
- •Understanding of international indirect procurement processes
- •Excellent presentation and communication skills
- •Persuasive personality with strong negotiation skills
- •Diplomatic approach to stakeholder management
- •Collaborative and inclusive leadership style
- •High level of intercultural competence
- •Willingness to travel internationally up to 30%
- •Fluent English and additional European languages
