Requirements
- University degree or equivalent in Business, Economics, or related field
- Strong experience in GTM, Marketplace management, E-commerce, or Commercial Strategy
- Solid financial acumen with KPI, reporting tools, and performance analysis
- Analytical, strategic, and structured mindset
- Proven stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong passion for sports and sporting goods industry
- Results-driven, proactive, and ownership-oriented approach
Tasks
- Define and drive Marketplace Strategy
- Ensure robust marketplace protection
- Control assortment and brand representation
- Manage price architecture and channel discipline
- Enforce compliance with contractual, legal, and financial frameworks
- Partner with Finance and Legal teams on marketplace models and risk
- Lead seasonal GTM processes with E-commerce, Merchandising, Marketing, and Area Management
- Align regional GTM plans with global strategy
- Drive GTM deliverables including go-live timing, assortment drops, and channel priorities
- Ensure end-to-end execution of strategy at every GTM milestone
- Define and enforce channel and marketplace segmentation
- Develop DTC, strategic wholesale, and digital marketplace strategies
- Translate segmentation into actionable assortment and GTM priorities
- Prevent channel conflict, brand dilution, and price erosion
- Track and analyze seasonal and marketplace KPIs
- Identify variances and propose corrective actions
- Provide strategic guidance to stakeholders
- Deliver executive-level reporting on sell-through, inventory exposure, price integrity, and profitability
- Monitor business performance with commercial, product, DTC, and planning teams
- Drive actions based on performance insights
- Act as a strategic peer to E-commerce Managers, Merchandising teams, Area Managers, and Head of Marketing
- Foster alignment and collaboration across regional and global stakeholders
