Manager Forecasting & Demand Planning(m/w/x)

Description

You will drive multi-channel growth by mastering complex demand forecasts and leading the S&OP process to ensure products reach customers through seamless cross-functional alignment.

Requirements

• •University degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or related field
• •Minimum 5 years experience in forecasting, demand planning, or data analysis
• •Analytical mindset and strong data analysis skills
• •Excellent communication and cross-departmental collaboration skills
• •Proactive mindset and hands-on attitude
• •Fluency in English

Tasks

• •Manage the end-to-end operational forecasting process
• •Oversee B2C eCommerce and B2B retail sales channels
• •Coordinate forecasting for B2B marketplaces and company retail
• •Consolidate and project data from online and offline channels
• •Create granular demand forecasts for downstream functions
• •Implement advanced machine learning and AI forecasting methodologies
• •Collaborate with the Data Engineering team for technical support
• •Align inputs and outputs with Sales and Marketing teams
• •Coordinate data alignment with Retail and Finance departments
• •Encode product launches and promotions into forecasting strategies
• •Integrate seasonal peaks into demand data models
• •Monitor forecasting accuracy and improve underlying processes
• •Create scenario analyses to support business decisions
• •Lead the cross-functional S&OP process
• •Drive alignment across Supply Chain and Operations
