- Hand over complete technical information to T1
- Guide design and product marketing on T1 manufacturing efficiency
- Research and implement market and supplier innovations
- Review and approve T1 costing information
- Secure and follow up on FOB cost quotes
- Ensure adherence to quality and testing standards
- Manage quality and process escalations
- Review size sets for measurement accuracy and merchantability
- Sign off sealing samples with all related documents
- Ensure legal compliance for final product
- Maintain accurate, complete, and timely data updates
- Achieve specific KPIs for assigned products
- Foster a knowledge sharing culture
- Mentor junior team members
- Support cross-functional projects
