Requirements
- •Master's or Ph.D. in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field
- •10+ years relevant working experience
- •Extensive knowledge in statistics, mathematical optimization, and machine learning techniques
- •Strong expertise in DevOps principles, MVC-based app development (Django, React, Python, SQL), app deployment, and hosting (Git, Docker, Kubernetes, Azure)
- •Advanced proficiency in Python, SQL, and data model design
- •Experience in the chemical industry is beneficial
- •Demonstrated leadership experience in managing teams and engaging diverse stakeholder groups
- •Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong drive to achieve and exceed goals
- •Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- •Fluency in English is required
- •Proven track record in delivering impactful data science projects within a corporate environment
- •Experience in fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
- •Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- •Capability to inspire and drive digitalization at the department and organization level
